  • "Binance has seized all funds from all Palestinians as per the request of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). They refuse to return the funds. All appeals denied," reported Ray Youssef, CEO of NoOnes trading platform.

He also shared the following letter, stating that he received it from several sources. The authenticity of the letter has not been confirmed.

  • The letter in Hebrew states that Israeli anti-terrorism laws allow the Minister of Defense to temporarily seize property, including cryptocurrency, from declared terrorist organizations and should order its confiscation.
"All Palestinians are affected and judging by the way things are going all Lebanese and Syrians will get the same treatment. Not your keys, not your coins," Youssef added.
  • Binance CEO Richard Teng took to X to clarify that only "a limited number of user accounts, linked to illicit funds, were blocked from transacting."
  • A similar argument has been echoed by Binance's co-founder and Chief of Customer Service, Yi He, who added that other Palestinians are still able to use Binance.
  • According to Coinglass, nearly ~45,000 BTC have been withdrawn from Binance in the last 24 hours.
