- Emiliano Grodzki, Cofounder and CEO of publicly traded Canadian bitcoin miner Bitfarms, has resigned. The company's President and COO Geoffrey Morphy has been promoted as his replacement.
- Grodzki will remain as a director. Cofounder Nicolas Bonta will move from executive chairman to chairman of the board.
