F2Pool's managers stuck to their word and made a full refund to Paxos.

- "This is verifiable. The coinbase output that contained the fee overpayment (address 1KFHE7w8BhaENAswwryaoccDb6 qcT6DbYY) was an input in the refund transaction to the address that made the overpayment (bc1qr35hws365juz5rtlsjtvmulu97957kqvr3zpw3)," @mempool added.
- F2Poll also confirmed this, posting the following on X:
We would like to provide an update regarding the recent mistakenly overpaid ~20 BTC transaction fee we received. After conducting identity verification, we have confirmed the ownership of these BTC, and fully refunded the fee to the sender, @Paxos.
