  • July 16, 2025 - Next in-person pre-trial hearing.
  • August 8, 2025 - Expert disclosure by the defense.
  • November 3, 2025 - The trial begins.
• Rodriguez and Hill face conspiracy to money laundering charges, raising broad concerns about software developers' criminal liability and U.S. constitutional rights to privacy and freedom of speech.
