Live Wallet v0.7.0: Consolidation Mode
Live Wallet is a desktop app to help estimate the effect of bitcoin transaction fees on invididual UTXOs and transactions containing multiple UTXOs. Available on MacOS.
- Live Wallet helps users understand the current and future fee burden of a UTXO by displaying a wallet’s UTXOs and providing a customizable fee rate toggle.
- It allows users to set a hypothetical fee rate to estimate the potential fee burden of using each UTXO. The application highlights what percentage of the UTXO will be consumed by the fee, which at certain fee rates may exceed the UTXO’s total value, rendering it unspendable.
- Live Wallet also allows users to adjust the Bitcoin price, helping them answer questions like: 'If I have to pay 3000 sats/vbyte and the Bitcoin price is $1,000,000, how much USD will it cost to spend one of my UTXOs?'

What's new in v0.7.0
- Consolidation mode. A feature to help in consolidating UTXOs:
- Choose your input UTXOs and and compare them against the new consolidated UTXO in various fee rate environments, helping you understand the benefit of the consolidation before going through with it.
- You then can save the PBST and load it into any bitcoin wallet to sign and broadcast to complete the consolidation.
