MicroStrategy Gets Its X Account Hacked, Buys 3000 BTC More
MicroStrategy now holds 193000 BTC acquired for ~$6.09 billion.

- "MicroStrategy’s X account appears to have been compromised on Monday morning Asia time, with hackers posting phishing messages, according to a pseudonymous crypto individual known as Spreek on X," reported The Block.
"ZachXBT, a blockchain researcher, said in an X post that at least $440,000 could have been stolen so far from the compromise."
- Later in the day, the company's chairman Michael Saylor announced another bitcoin purchase.

- "During the period between February 15, 2024 and February 25, 2024, MicroStrategy, together with its subsidiaries, acquired approximately 3,000 bitcoins for approximately $155.4 million in cash, at an average price of approximately $51,813 per bitcoin, inclusive of fees and expenses."
- According to the statement, the company now holds 193000 BTC.
