OpenSats Grants Long-Term Support for Nostr Developers Stuart Bowman and hzrd149
OpenSats, a non-profit dedicated to supporting open-source developers working on Bitcoin and related freedom technologies, announced long-term support (LTS) for nostr developers Stuart Bowman and hrzd149.
- "Stuart is the main developer and maintainer of Satellite Earth, a web-based nostr client and CDN server that is geared towards self-sovereign communities," was stated in a blog post.
- "Hrzd149 is the creator of noStrudel, a fast web-based nostr client with tools to explore the nostr protocol in depth. He is also the brain behind Blossom (Blobs Stored Simply on Mediaservers), which aims to simplify the storage and organization of digital files in the nostr network," said OpenSats.
- "Honored to be in such company," said Bowman on Nostr.
"So grateful to OpenSats for the opportunity to work on nostr full time. I could have never imagined this a year ago when I was working a normal desk job. This nostr journey has truly been life changing. But we are not done yet, we have so much left to build and experiment with in nostr and I'm so excited that ill be here to see it all and help out," said Hzrd149 in response.
