Phoenixd (Server) v0.5.0: Rework of Internal Payments Database
Phoenixd is the server equivalent of the Phoenix wallet for developers and businesses that makes it easy to send and receive Lightning payments without compromising on self-custody. It is written in Kotlin Multiplatform and runs natively on Linux, MacOS (x86 and ARM), and Windows (WSL).

- This version packages a major rework of the internal payments database, addresses issues with Linux native builds, and fixes a memory leak in the TCP reconnection logic.
- It also introduces a rolling log file and adds a new
--seed-path
configuration option, and allows you to look up outgoing payments by payment hash.

- The database schema and the serialization method have been completely reworked.
- No more Linux native build issues due to old toolchain, should build with no dependency on most recent distributions.
