Stacker.news Improvements: Tech Sub, Markdown Shortcuts & More

• "By popular demand, ~tech is now live. This is the most general sub we've created so it'll be interesting to see how it shakes out. Right now it just has all the @hn bot posts in it."
• "We added some markdown keyboard shortcuts:
  - ctrl+k wraps a selection in link markdown;
  - ctrl+i wraps a selection in italic markdown;
  - ctrl+b wraps a selection in bold markdown."
• "There were a bunch of random fixes/enhancements that were also made. Most notably, browser notifications are now double opt-in thanks to the request and guidance of @sime. The other stuff is not really worth listing out."
